Our process flow is designed to deliver maximum results in minimum time. You will be informed of each step, thereby keeping you in the loop at all times, and ensuring the project is going as planned. The process allows for maximum flexibility, allowing us to make changes immediately to ensure the product is exactly as you want it.

Requirements Gathering

During the initial phase of every project, we will elicit detailed requirements from you. Through this process we will learn exactly what your business needs are and how we can address those needs.

Design Specifications and Sign Off

Based on your requirements we will then furnish a detailed project plan to you. This plan will detail our proposed solution, and how this solution will improve your business. Once you approve the project plan and sign off on it, we will start the work.

Development

We will work based on the agreed upon project plan, and you will be informed of each step of the way. You will receive daily communications from us to ensure your project is going as you expect. In addition, you can always call or email us and we will be happy to give you a status and answer your questions.

Demonstration

Once the product meets all the requirements in the project plan, we will demonstrate it to you and you will be able to see all the functions. At this pint we can make changes and tweaks as necessary. For any major changes we will furnish an amended project plan.

User Testing

After the product has been demonstrated and you are happy with it, we will turn it over to you for user testing. This means you get a chance to kick the tires and make sure it functions as you expect. If there are any issues at this point, and they are caused by our work, we will address them immediately and at no charge. For any changes you request that are not part of the project plan, we will furnish an amended project plan.

Production

Once the user testing has been completed, we will formally install the product for your business. We will test it in the production environment to ensure it works properly, and once successful, we will consider the product in production and the project complete. We will issue an invoice and follow up with you to make sure everything is working properly.

Support

We will support our work 100%, and should there be any issues caused by us, we will fix them for free. If there are issue caused by data, software changes, or other modifications outside our control, we will fix the problem at a predetermined hourly rate
